About This Role
- Support strategic transformation, change, and automation initiatives in Alternative Investment Services by strengthening project governance and coordinating stakeholders.
- Track project delivery and produce clear management information to facilitate decision-making.
- Operate effectively across Operations, Business, and Technology teams, ensuring adherence to project discipline and timelines.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Project Management or related field.
- 10+ years managing or supporting projects/programs, ideally in financial services, investment management, operations, technology or transformation.
- Strong knowledge of alternative investment portfolios including private equity funds, real estate, secondary investments, and their accounting/operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools like JIRA, Clarity, Planview, or Microsoft Project.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with project governance, RAID management, stakeholder coordination, and delivering cross-functional projects within financial services or investments.
- Understanding of private equity investments, including capital calls, distributions, and fund structures with limited partnership agreements.
- Exposure to transformation, automation or technology change programs and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
