About This Role
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment including drafting and posting job descriptions across multiple platforms.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, talent pipelines, and hiring reports to support ongoing hiring needs.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for technical requirements, oversee offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding process.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and IT hiring processes.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Premium and job portals like Naukri and Indeed.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools preferred; Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in sourcing and screening technical profiles across various technologies.
- Capable of handling multiple open positions concurrently with strong coordination and follow-up.
- Background in startup or IT service company hiring and knowledge of employer branding/social hiring is a plus.
