About This Role
- Plan, schedule, and manage web/software projects end-to-end using Scrum framework.
- Coordinate tasks, manage workflows using Asana, and ensure timely delivery by following up with cross-functional teams.
- Serve as primary client contact to gather requirements, provide updates, manage feedback, and maintain stakeholder communications, including running meetings and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience as Project Manager in web or software agency environment.
- Proven proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools and solid working knowledge of Scrum/Agile.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience managing projects involving web technologies like WordPress, React JS, HTML/CSS/JS and coordinating SEO best practices.
- Able to translate technical requirements between developers and clients and review deliverables for quality and completeness.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and client communications with ability to handle feedback, change requests, and escalations professionally.
