About This Role
- Manage end-to-end development and implementation of company products coordinating cross-functional teams, schedules, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.
- Lead Situation Management and escalation of highly complex Oracle Exadata and Oracle RDBMS issues including technical troubleshooting and problem resolution under pressure.
- Provide technical leadership, status updates to senior executives, and process/product improvement suggestions based on issue investigations.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong hands-on technical experience with Oracle Exadata Stack and Oracle RDBMS DBA skills.
- Experience in managing escalated technical issues and situation management in a high-pressure environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area.
- Preferred: Seven years of project management, product design, or related experience.

- Proven ability to independently lead cross-functional technical investigations and coordinate multiple stakeholders including senior executives.
- Exceptional technical problem-solving skills with ability to triage complex Exadata and Database issues effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to provide clear updates at technical and executive levels during high-stress situations.
