About This Role
- Manage transition and operation of outsourced managed services to improve client efficiency and reduce costs.
- Design, develop, and implement automation frameworks and workflow automation to support business process improvements.
- Analyze data and contribute to continuous process improvement and service level management to optimize managed services delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven DevOps or platform engineering experience with production deployments.
- Strong CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, AWS fluency, scripting (Python/Bash), and AWS certification (Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer Associate) mandatory.

- Experience integrating client identity, security, and networking environments in production settings.
- Hands-on skills in automation framework design and business process automation for operational efficiency.
