About This Role
- Lead regional logistics operations including CFAs, warehouse management, inventory control, and multi-channel customer order fulfilment across South region.
- Drive operational excellence by managing secondary transportation, freight cost optimization, dispatch planning, and ensuring compliance with service delivery metrics like OTIF across GT, MT, E-commerce and Quick Commerce channels.
- Oversee financial management by ensuring logistics costs align with approved budgets and drive continuous process improvements including WMS implementation and digital transformation.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years total experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Distribution with at least 5 years in regional logistics management role.
- Preferred industry experience in FMCG, Consumer Products or Pharmaceuticals.
- Graduate degree mandatory; MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management preferred.
- Working knowledge of SAP/SAP HANA (preferably SD and MM modules) required; experience with WMS implementation is an advantage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multi-location CFAs, warehouses, hubs and regional transportation networks with strong stakeholder coordination capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability in secondary transport management including freight negotiation, route optimization and cost controls.
- Proven track record in driving logistics digitalization projects and operational governance with a focus on service excellence and cost productivity.
