About This Role
- Manage and monitor inventory levels across branches to ensure proper stocking and service quality.
- Coordinate with global teams (India and US) to generate, analyze, and ensure accuracy of operational reports related to inventory, orders, and supplier performance.
- Resolve product returns, accounts payable issues, and track supply chain discrepancies to support operational efficiency and maintain service standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, including working with large datasets and data manipulation using Excel.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access is required.
- Work Experience Required: 3–5 years relevant experience (including data and operational report management).

- Experienced in coordinating across global, multi-stakeholder teams, especially in India-US contexts.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy, problem solving, and attention to detail in operations management.
