About This Role
- Validate Member data templates and upload in Case Manager including VSP and VDR creation.
- Update Compass application with setup information and generate final bills for client review.
- Handle customer requests promptly, communicate effectively, and escalate issues when necessary while identifying process improvement opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in US Client Implementation Process (Census, Policy Setup, Member Install).
- Graduate degree minimum.
- Working knowledge of Compass application.
- Work Experience Required: 2 to 5 years in US Client Implementation Process.

- Experienced in handling US client data implementation with proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Capable of managing customer communication and priorities in a fast-paced, demanding operational environment.
- Familiar with Compass application workflows and able to work both independently and collaboratively in teams.
