About This Role
- Manage end-to-end Order to Cash process including order management, credit control, invoicing, and payment processing to ensure timely revenue collection.
- Analyze operational data and reconcile transactions to support financial outcomes and improve cash flow and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement solutions for billing functionality and customer care capabilities while managing small teams or work efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree mandatory.
- 7 to 11 years of relevant work experience in Order to Cash operations, billing, and revenue management.
- Proficiency in key concepts such as Cash Application, Collection Dispute, Billing, and Deductions.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.

- Experienced in handling moderately complex problem analysis and solution creation within finance operations.
- Able to interpret and align with strategic directions set by senior management for achieving team goals.
