About This Role
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable operations including requisition to purchase order conversion, invoice processing with 2-way and 3-way matching, and vendor setup or modifications.
- Handle payment scheduling, monitoring, and accounts payable close activities, along with process-related reporting and prioritization of escalated queries.
- Perform T&E audits, oversee efficient query resolution as per process guidelines, and escalate unresolved issues based on materiality.
Minimum Requirements
- Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA with Commerce background.
- Work Experience Required: 1 to 14 years of relevant experience in operations, accounts payable, or finance domains.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Communication: Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing with customers and team members.

- Experienced in handling multifaceted accounts payable and vendor management operations with strong process adherence.
- Capable of managing queries and escalations effectively within a structured team environment.
