About This Role
- Lead end-to-end operational management of contract services, supplier onboarding, and Procure-to-Pay processes ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Own and improve services procurement enablement, contract lifecycle, supplier data, and catalog management collaborating with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives using tools like Power Automate and Power BI; act as escalation point for complex procurement and contracting issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, procurement, finance, operations, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 6+ years experience in procurement operations, contract management, supplier onboarding, services procurement, or sourcing operations.
- Hands-on experience with Ariba and SAP; proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven independent ownership of complex procurement operational work and sound judgment in managing contract lifecycle, supplier enablement, and Procure-to-Pay processes.

- Strong expertise in contract lifecycle management and supplier onboarding with ability to handle complex cross-functional dependencies and escalate issues.
- Experience driving measurable operational improvements using Lean, root-cause analysis, and automation tools in a matrixed, global environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills enabling collaboration across US and India teams and leadership influence.
