About This Role
- Lead strategic cloud security, identity, and governance initiatives across enterprise-scale Azure environments.
- Manage and develop high-performing cloud platform, security, and identity engineering teams, including full employee lifecycle responsibilities.
- Define and execute cloud security and identity strategies, drive automation and AI-enabled engineering solutions, and influence enterprise cloud architecture and governance frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 15-20 years of extensive experience in cloud security and identity management.
- 5+ years of direct people management experience leading cloud engineering teams.
- Strong expertise required in Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Security, Azure Policy, Azure IAM, Azure AD B2C/External Identity, cloud governance, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and automation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across large, global regulated enterprises, preferably financial services.
- Demonstrated strategic and hands-on expertise in Azure enterprise security, identity and access management, governance automation, and adoption of AI/automation in platform engineering.
- Strong communication, influencing, and leadership skills with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing cloud engineering organizations.
