About This Role
- Own production support and administration for Salesforce enterprise data and analytics platforms, including Data 360, CRM Analytics, and Tableau, ensuring platform stability and performance.
- Manage escalation processes and incident response globally across multiple time zones, including root-cause analysis and resolution ownership for recurring issues.
- Design and maintain monitoring, automation, lightweight support processes, SOPs, and mentoring systems analysts to improve operations and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or equivalent experience.
- 0-3 years of hands-on platform or systems support, administration, or implementation experience in enterprise IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce native functionality and declarative tools (Flow, validation rules), and experience managing escalations and incident response including RCA ownership.
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201), Advanced Administrator (ADM-211), and Platform App Builder certifications; Platform Developer I achieved or pursuing.

- Experienced working in distributed global teams operating across multiple time zones with escalation and incident management responsibility.
- Strong technical skills in Salesforce platforms and enterprise data analytics tools with an ability to manage complex problem investigations and design preventive monitoring and automations.
- Demonstrated ability to design and maintain operational processes (SOPs, SRMs) and mentor peers, showing ownership and influence beyond individual contributor scope.
