About This Role
- Conduct comprehensive current-state assessments across Data, Technology, Process, People, and Risk & Controls to identify business pain points and automation opportunities.
- Develop AI/GenAI proof-of-concept solutions targeting identified friction points to demonstrate impactful automated workflows.
- Translate successful POCs into scalable automated workflows and provide strategic, data-driven recommendations for report rationalization and process simplification while ensuring compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of work experience.
- Bachelor of Engineering degree required.
- Strong proficiency in AI/GenAI tools and business process analysis.
- Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Jira.

- Experienced in analyzing complex business processes and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to define actionable requirements.
- Skilled in developing AI/GenAI proof-of-concepts and translating them into strategic, scalable solutions.
