About This Role
- Prepare and deliver accurate monthly global management reports and analytics for assigned entities to support leadership decisions.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts, investigate variances, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with shared services and external providers to monitor delivery, improve controls, and support reporting automation and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in accounting, finance, commerce, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial reporting, management reporting, or accounting.
- Strong working knowledge of month-end close processes, financial controls, and practical experience with ERP systems like SAP plus advanced Excel skills.
- This is a hybrid role based in India with regular on-site collaboration as agreed with the manager.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working with shared service providers or managing third-party delivery partners is a plus.
- Familiarity with internal control frameworks and audit support experience.
- Prior exposure to intercompany accounting, tax, supply chain finance, reporting/analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL), or finance transformation/ERP migration projects increases competitiveness.
