About This Role
- Prepare and deliver monthly global management reporting for assigned entities, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations, investigate variances, and collaborate with stakeholders to address issues promptly.
- Support reporting automation and process improvements, including ERP updates, dashboards, and reporting tools enhancements.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in accounting, finance, commerce or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial reporting, management reporting, or accounting.
- Strong working knowledge of month-end close processes, financial controls, and practical experience with SAP or similar ERP and advanced Excel skills.
- Hybrid work location in India with regular on-site collaboration as agreed with manager.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in finance reporting roles with focus on reconciliation, variance analysis, and management commentary for business leadership.
- Familiarity with shared service centers, internal controls, audits, and cross-border finance processes is an advantage.
- Capable of driving reporting process automation and comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders across finance, commercial, and supply chain teams.
