About This Role
- Prepare and deliver monthly global management reports with accuracy and on-time submission for assigned entities.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts, investigate variances, and coordinate with stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Support reporting automation, process improvements, ad hoc reporting requests, and prepare management commentary for business reviews.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in accounting, finance, commerce or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in financial reporting, management reporting or accounting.
- Strong working knowledge of month-end close processes, financial controls, and experience with SAP or similar ERP and advanced Excel skills.
- Role is hybrid based in India with regular on-site collaboration as agreed with manager.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to produce reconciliations, variance analysis, and clear management commentary supporting leadership decisions.
- Experience working with shared service centers, external providers, or managing third-party delivery partners is a plus.
- Exposure to finance transformation, ERP migration projects, and use of reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau or SQL increases competitiveness.
