About This Role
- Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise AI-powered agent platforms.
- Drive customer discovery to identify scalable, reusable AI product capabilities from complex workflows.
- Define product experiences and success metrics (task completion, accuracy, latency, cost) for AI agents and collaborate across AI, Engineering, and Customer teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms or AI products.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM-powered applications or AI agents, including practical knowledge of LLMs, prompting, RAG, tool calling, agent workflows.
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, distributed systems, and data architecture.
- Willingness and ability to work from Bengaluru office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technical product manager with hands-on experience shipping AI agent or LLM-based enterprise products.
- Able to translate complex enterprise customer workflows into scalable, reusable product capabilities rather than bespoke customizations.
- Comfortable engaging directly with enterprise customers and cross-functional technical teams to align product strategy and execution.
