About This Role
- Own and manage IT infrastructure and operations across multiple sites, including vendor management and budget oversight.
- Lead IT teams with hands-on involvement in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Google Workspace, endpoint management, and enterprise networking.
- Manage new facility IT setups with a focus on biotech, pharma, or life sciences environments, ensuring smooth collaboration across India and US teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations with leadership in multi-site or global organizations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Google Workspace, Windows/macOS endpoint management, and enterprise networking (switching, Wi-Fi, firewalls, redundant connectivity).
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing IT infrastructure specifically in biotech, pharma, or life sciences is preferred.
- Capable of balancing hands-on technical problem-solving with people leadership and cross-continental stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead IT teams and manage vendors, budgets, and complex IT setups in fast-paced, multi-location environments.
