About This Role
- Lead business operations governance, performance reviews, KPI tracking, and management reporting partnerships across multiple functions.
- Support business strategy development and execution through financial, operational, and market analysis including scenario evaluations and strategic initiative tracking.
- Implement AI and automation tools to improve reporting, data quality, operational productivity, and support decision making at senior leadership levels.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in business operations, professional services, delivery operations, PMO, finance operations, or business analysis.
- Graduate degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Operations Management, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills with strong data management, visualization, and automation experience including AI tool application.
- Work arrangement: Hybrid role with an average of 2 days per week onsite at HPE office.
