About This Role
- Own end-to-end accounting, book close, and financial reporting for a sizable country cluster within ATR domain.
- Lead and manage a team (3-4 members) to ensure timely, accurate monthly close, balance sheet reconciliations, and compliance with internal controls.
- Drive process standardization, KPI monitoring, variance analysis, and collaborate with Terminal Heads of Finance and stakeholders for operational and strategic finance support.
Minimum Requirements
- 9-10 years experience in ATR domain, including at least 3-4 years as Accounting Manager/FNA Manager/ATR Controller.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with strong knowledge of IFRS.
- Experience leading a small team (3-4 members).
- Work Experience Required: 9-10 years in relevant domain (ATR accounting).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with proven ability to manage ATR accounting processes and deliver results through both direct and indirect reports.
- Strong domain expertise in ATR processes, subledgers (STP and OTC), and group accounting policies.
- Capable of effective stakeholder management and calm change management in complex cross-functional environments.
