About This Role
- Manage end-to-end landside shipment execution including booking, planning, delivery, and order closure using SAP TMS Planning.
- Optimize transport operations including vendor allocation, scheduling, and handling amendments or cancellations, ensuring adherence to service levels and cost discipline.
- Coordinate with transport vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery, compliance, data accuracy, cost validation, and timely resolution of exceptions.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in logistics or shipping industry for external hires.
- Strong understanding and experience with SAP Transportation Management System dispatch workflows.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts with a 5-day in-office work expectation.
- Work Experience Required: At least 3 years in logistics/shipping industry.

- Experienced in operational logistics coordination with strong capability managing shipment execution through SAP TMS.
- Skilled in handling multi-stakeholder coordination including vendors, terminals, customers, and internal teams across finance, procurement, and customer experience.
- Able to maintain high data accuracy, drive cost discipline, and proactively manage operational exceptions to ensure seamless and on-time deliveries.
