About This Role
- Handle electronic/manual trade processing by resolving errors in trade instructions received via SWIFT/FAX before entering into custody and accounting systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for time-critical client service inquiries across trade settlement teams, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Engage with business leads and senior leaders, build internal and external relationships to maintain service quality and client satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, BBA, MBA Finance, or MCom.
- At least 1 year of experience in the Financial Services Industry.
- Familiarity with trade capture/settlement, SWIFT messages, and cash/payment processing is helpful.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a challenging environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience operating within trade settlement and custody service environments with exposure to SWIFT and trade processing workflows.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholder levels including senior leaders and client-facing roles.
- Comfortable working in deadline-driven, complex financial operations requiring precise and timely issue resolution.
