About This Role
- Administer and maintain the enterprise Dynatrace environment, including installation, upgrades, configuration, and troubleshooting on Windows/Linux/Kubernetes.
- Design and implement proactive monitoring, alerting, and automation systems across SaaS and engineering teams to ensure client and application performance, stability, and availability.
- Build and maintain SRE and Operational dashboards, SLOs, alerts, synthetic monitors, and integrate monitoring alerts into incident management systems like ServiceNow and OpsRamp.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of site reliability engineering experience supporting high availability SaaS platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Extensive experience with Dynatrace and APM implementations within complex, high-load architectures.
- Experience with Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Java or similar programming languages, and workload automation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in agile/scrum environments collaborating with product, engineering, and SaaS operations teams to meet proactive monitoring needs.
- Technical background preferably in financial trading systems or similar complex enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical efforts in Observability tooling, monitoring automation, and incident management integration at scale.
