About This Role
- Own end-to-end sales, account growth, and revenue/P&L targets of approximately ₹10–15 Cr across Financial Services GCC clients, leveraging existing senior relationships.
- Lead large-scale business and technology transformation programs in commercial banking domains including trade, payments, lending, and investments, ensuring delivery excellence and program governance.
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams and drive adoption of AI/GenAI-enabled solutions integrated into FS systems, while owning project economics and fostering team development.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Financial Services consulting, business transformation, technology consulting, or consulting-led IT services.
- Proven ownership of annual revenue, sales, or P&L targets in the range of ₹10–15 Cr or higher.
- Existing established relationships within Financial Services GCC leadership and decision-makers.
- Must be located in Bangalore; MBA preferred from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior-level consultant with strong strategic and operational experience in Financial Services GCC ecosystem, specifically commercial banking segments.
- Demonstrated ability in solutioning, sales, and practice building for FS GCC clients with a track record in consulting-led transformations and managed services.
- Experience working with Big4 consulting firms or Tier-1 IT services firms and comfortable engaging with global clients across US, UK, APAC markets.
