About This Role
- Lead multiple Java Full Stack development teams delivering customer-centric supply chain solutions with measurable business and financial outcomes.
- Drive AI-assisted engineering adoption and oversee end-to-end delivery including AI model lifecycle management and integration of emerging GenAI tools.
- Lead customer engagements from discovery to solution validation, connect design to operational and financial impacts, and collaborate across sales, marketing, and product teams to maximize adoption and retention.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years in customer-facing supply chain domain / solution consulting / consultative sales; 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React.js, and architecting large-scale full stack enterprise applications.
- Experience with AI/ML teams or AI-driven initiatives, including Generative AI platforms and AI integration in enterprise apps.

- Experienced strategic and technical leader capable of hands-on involvement in AI-first full stack development and enterprise architecture.
- Proven ability to manage global/distributed teams and large-scale programs in fast-paced, product-driven environments.
