About This Role
- Maintain and configure requirements management tools (e.g., Polarion, 3DS, Jama, R4J) ensuring infrastructure stability and compliance.
- Design and develop custom solutions for traceability and status reporting aligned with business needs and aSPICE compliance.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to engineering teams on best practices, tool usage, and tool integration within DevOps environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience with requirements management or ALM/PLM tools such as Polarion, 3DS, Jama, DOORS, R4J including tool usage and administration/configuration.
- Proficiency in SQL, Javascript, or similar technologies for tool extensions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end tool architecture and integration within complex, compliance-driven development environments.
- Familiarity with industry standards like aSPICE, ISO 26262, or automotive safety-related processes is a plus.
- Skilled at coaching and training engineering teams on tool best practices and corporate compliance requirements.
