About This Role
- Own end-to-end management of public accounts including tenders, reimbursement listings, and collections across all therapy areas in India.
- Lead and drive national key accounts sales team to achieve commercial objectives and implement market access initiatives such as Patient Assistance Programs (PAP).
- Develop and govern pricing strategies, sales force effectiveness measures, business operations support, and go-to-market models for new and existing products with cross-functional coordination.
Minimum Requirements
- Prior experience (ideally 15+ years) in commercialization of Oncology products in India within Pharmaceutical MNCs.
- Experience leading teams and managing public accounts, market access, sales force effectiveness, new product launches, and business operations.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Flexibility to travel 1-2 weeks per month within India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior commercial leader with proven ability to drive results in complex, matrixed pharmaceutical organizations in India.
- Strong exposure to public account ecosystems, pricing regulation, tender processes, and patient assistance programs in Pharma.
- Strategic thinker with commercial acumen, strong communication and influencing skills, and ability to lead diverse national teams.
