About This Role
- Own data management strategies across multiple franchises ensuring data availability, quality, consistency, and completeness.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process enhancements; provide training and first-level support to end users on data usage.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and teams to deliver data-driven insights supporting commercial operations like forecasting, targeting, market mix, and incentive compensation.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with pharmaceutical commercial datasets (e.g., IQVIA, APLD, LAAD, MMIT).
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees in Management/Statistics/Decision Sciences/Engineering/Life Sciences/Business Analytics preferred.
- Strong technical skills including SQL, Python, Excel, PowerBI; knowledge of data governance and pharmaceutical sales operations.
- Work Experience Required: 3+ years in pharmaceutical data and data management.
