About This Role
- Manage all facility management service delivery across multiple sites in the city, focusing on asset management, operations, and client satisfaction.
- Accountable for achieving management plans, KPIs, managing capital and expense budgets, and coordinating with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Lead hospitality and workplace experience initiatives, vendor management, compliance, audits, and financial procurement operations for facilities.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years overall experience with 5-6 years in FM services, hospitality, projects, or construction.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Operations Management; MBA preferred.
- On-site work location: Mumbai, Maharashtra.
- Experience in building services and managing multi-disciplinary FM teams.

- Experienced leader capable of managing large FM teams and multiple functional areas at a city-wide scale.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, vendor partnerships, compliance, and client-facing operations.
- Skilled at implementing customer experience programs and achieving KPIs in complex facility environments.
