About This Role
- Serve as the primary representative of JLL at the client’s commercial site in Gurgaon, managing tenant and guest interactions and feedback.
- Own and generate comprehensive financial and compliance reports including Daily, Weekly, MMR, QBR, and ABR reports; ensure accuracy and timely delivery per management requirements.
- Act as custodian for all site statutory compliances, documentation, audit preparations, and manage compliance renewal tracking and reporting tools.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent qualification.
- 3-5 years of work experience specifically in Real Estate, Hotel, or Construction industries; residential experience preferred for residential sites.
- Willingness to work on-site at New Delhi/Gurgaon commercial property.
- Work Experience Required: 3-5 years as specified in Real Estate/Hotel/Construction.

- Experienced in cross-team coordination involving operations, technical, and finance teams in a real estate or property management setting.
- Analytical and meticulous with a track record of handling data extraction, analytics, report generation, and trend analysis for management decision support.
- Comfortable managing compliance documentation and audit processes in commercial property environments with strict attention to statutory requirements.
