About This Role
- Initiate and follow-up on claims status by contacting insurance companies, ensuring timely resolution of denials and underpayments.
- Manage and prioritize pending claims, including handling denials, rejections, and necessary corrections in accordance with confidentiality and HIPAA rules.
- Document actions taken on claims and adhere to organizational information security policies.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree is mandatory.
- Minimum 1+ year experience in US Healthcare Accounts Receivable (AR) stream.
- Must have good communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Work Experience Required: 1+ year in US Healthcare AR.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience and understanding of US healthcare claims processing and denial management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a timely manner within a compliance framework (HIPAA and confidentiality)
- Comfortable working in a detail-oriented role requiring documentation and security compliance
