About This Role
- Develop and maintain Blackstone’s investment compliance platform end-to-end, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and code quality.
- Design, build, and extend AI-driven features within the compliance platform, adopting an AI-first engineering approach.
- Lead technical design and code reviews, manage Agile delivery, and support production issue diagnosis and resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with proficiency in Python and/or C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, databases, and AWS cloud technologies.
- Experience with AI coding assistants and agentic tooling for software development acceleration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced hands-on technical leader collaborating with compliance officers, product managers, and UX designers in a fintech or regulated environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable microservice architectures and integrate AI/LLM-powered features such as retrieval-augmented generation or AI agents.
- Strong background in functional programming, testing automation, and understanding of investment compliance or credit markets is a strong plus.
