About This Role
- Lead software development projects through phase gate process including architecture creation and requirements gathering.
- Write significant amount of code adhering to project requirements, documentation, and design standards.
- Assist in defect correction, coaching engineers, and supporting field testing and lab personnel.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree with 5-8 years experience or no degree with 9-12 years combined education and work experience.
- Proficiency in software development and documentation standards.
- Experience leading moderate complexity projects and coaching junior team members.
- Work Experience Required: 5-8 years with degree or 9-12 years without degree.
