About This Role
- Lead technical design and development of scalable distributed data pipelines and full-stack applications across AWS and Snowflake.
- Drive adoption and responsible use of AI-driven development tools in daily coding workflows and mentor engineers on engineering best practices.
- Implement observability frameworks and automate CI/CD processes ensuring reliability, security, and HIPAA compliance in healthcare data environments.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with leadership responsibility for technical designs and engineering choices.
- Proficiency with cloud data ecosystems including Snowflake, AWS, Spark, and managed data integration tools.
- Strong backend programming skills in Java and Python, plus experience with modern UI frameworks like React or Angular.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; no immigration sponsorship provided.

- Experienced in architecting and implementing complex data platforms and end-to-end distributed systems in cloud environments.
- Comfortable applying and guiding the use of generative AI tools in software development, with understanding of risks and compliance.
