About This Role
- Lead client discovery to analyze business processes and define low-code or agent solutions using the Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
- Design, build, and deploy integrated business applications, workflows, and conversational agents with Dataverse, SharePoint, APIs, and security configurations.
- Create reusable components and documentation to enable governed, maintainable, and supportable low-code solutions that reduce manual effort.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Hands-on expertise with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse), Copilot Studio, SharePoint, REST API/custom connectors, and Power Fx.
- Working knowledge of Entra ID fundamentals and authentication concepts.
- Ability to work client-facing during assigned shift: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in client-facing roles with strong business process analysis, discovery facilitation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Demonstrates ownership in delivery with ability to manage risks, escalate issues proactively, and explain technical trade-offs to clients.
- Skilled in developing governed, reusable low-code solutions with knowledge of ALM, deployment pipelines, and integration across Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
