About This Role
- Design and build multi-step AI pipelines and deterministic workflows that are idempotent, retryable, observable, and resumable after failure.
- Own AI features post-launch including handling failures, production issues, and maintaining reproducibility via versioning, caching, and replay.
- Define evaluation datasets, metrics, and release gates to ensure reliable AI product releases and protect pipelines against adversarial input and prompt injection.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of software engineering experience with production AI or LLM-backed features.
- Experience owning AI features post-launch including failure handling and reliability operations.
- Strong software engineering skills focused on building reliable AI systems and pipelines.
- Location requirement: Bengaluru, in-office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced individual contributor comfortable with end-to-end ownership of AI production pipelines and evaluation frameworks.
- Skilled at building robust, fault-tolerant AI workflows incorporating reproducibility and operational monitoring.
- Familiar with the complexities of varying AI model outputs, evaluation-driven release decisions, and system design to mitigate adversarial inputs.
