About This Role
- Own end-to-end lifecycle of Workday integrations supporting HR business functions, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Provide day-to-day operational support for Workday integrations with incident management, troubleshooting, and proactive monitoring to ensure reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, vendors, and integration teams to implement scalable, secure, and compliant integration solutions across enterprise applications.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on Workday integration development experience using Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect, Core Connectors, APIs, RaaS, and Orchestrations.
- Strong working knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, REST and SOAP web services, and Workday semi-annual release process support.
- Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise support platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technically proficient Workday integration developer with both coding and operational support expertise in Workday ecosystem.
- Experienced collaborating cross-functionally with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
- Able to handle end-to-end integration solution delivery including documentation, impact assessment, and adherence to governance and security standards.
