About This Role
- Develop and enhance backend features for Circles' Telco operating system using Java and/or Golang to support global expansion.
- Ensure code quality through writing comprehensive automated tests including unit, integration, and journey integration tests.
- Participate in production issue troubleshooting to maintain smooth live customer environments and meet SLAs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5+ years of industrial experience focused on backend engineering.
- Proficient hands-on experience with Java and/or Golang development.
- Experience with relational databases (MariaDB or MySQL); NoSQL experience (MongoDB) is advantageous.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in backend development within high-scale or SaaS environments, especially telecom-related systems.
- Familiar with modern frameworks like Spring Boot and software design patterns, with attention to performance, security, and scalability.
- Capable of contributing to R&D, writing detailed design documentation, and incorporating senior developer feedback effectively.
