About This Role
- Ensure global accounting processes, IFRS, and group guidelines compliance for NAM entities' General Ledger controlling.
- Accountable for accurate and timely month-end accounting, reporting activities, and liaising with auditors for North America.
- Proactively identify and implement continuous improvements in General Ledger accounting, controlling, and reporting processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with IFRS Diploma from ICAI/ACCA or strong IFRS knowledge preferred.
- 7 to 14 years post-qualification experience in reporting, controlling, accounting, or business finance.
- Experience with S4 Hana, Workday, or PACE accounting systems and global accounting standards.
- Must be able to work NAM shift hours (Evening 4 PM to 1 AM).
