About This Role
- Lead design, development, deployment, and optimization of Workday integrations across HCM, Financials, and PSA domains using Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud Connectors, and APIs.
- Manage integration lifecycle, releases, enhancements while minimizing business disruption and provide advanced technical troubleshooting for complex issues.
- Lead workshops, manage integration roadmaps, risks, and stakeholder communications across multiple projects; mentor Workday technical specialists to promote technical excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Integration development, support, and solution delivery with deep expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services APIs, Cloud Connectors, PECI, and Report Writer.
- Strong experience with Workday Business Process Framework, security, calculated fields, reporting, and Workday Extend applications.
- Experience supporting integrations in Workday HCM, Financials, and PSA within complex enterprise environments.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years; Bachelor's degree and cloud certifications desirable but not mandatory per JD.

- Experienced consultant with proven track record leading complex Workday integration projects and managing diverse stakeholder groups.
- Technically proficient with broad Workday integration technologies and enterprise integration tools such as XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions like Informatica.
- Able to manage multiple priorities across projects, lead teams, and drive continuous integration and modernization initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
