About This Role
- Source, evaluate, onboard and manage highway rest stops across active and upcoming FlixBus corridors, including full lifecycle ownership from contact to compliance activation.
- Negotiate and manage fixed-fee and revenue-share agreements, track monthly collections, maintain compliance framework, and report performance and risks to senior leadership.
- Drive geographic expansion and develop new monetization initiatives such as onboard branding and partnerships, piloting business cases and recommending scale or exit.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in business development, commercial partnerships, field operations, or programme management, preferably in mobility, logistics, FMCG, hospitality or start-up environments.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and able to manage dashboards and present data to leadership.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Indian highway corridors.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end ownership of commercial relationships including sourcing, negotiating, signing, and managing partnerships with small business owners.
- Structured approach capable of building frameworks, pipelines and trackers from scratch and managing data accuracy.
- Familiar with Indian intercity bus, highway hospitality or travel retail sectors and comfortable piloting and scaling new revenue streams or brand partnerships.
