About This Role
- Support sales team by conducting product demonstrations and assisting with solution design for data integration products.
- Engage with customers to understand requirements, respond to inquiries, and provide technical guidance under senior team support.
- Contribute to lead generation, customer outreach, and gather feedback to improve customer adoption and sales strategies.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS, IT sales, or related technical sales support role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work location: Bangalore (Remote) with U.S Shift timing (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in SaaS or technical sales environments with demonstrated ability to support solution sales.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration to align solution sales strategies.
- Familiarity or interest in AI-enabled tools and CRM platforms to enhance sales productivity and customer engagement.
