About This Role
- Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects including requirement gathering, configuration, and go-live support.
- Drive SAP S/4HANA Finance Greenfield and Brownfield implementations ensuring scalable solutions with cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage functional teams, stakeholder relations, and project deliverables for successful SAP project execution and hypercare support.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–20 years of SAP FICO consulting experience with multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Strong functional expertise in FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, CO-PA).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MBA, MCA, M.Tech, CA, or ICWA.
- SAP ABAP skill required; SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven leader with experience managing teams and client stakeholder engagements in large SAP finance transformation programs.
- Experience in both Greenfield and Brownfield SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations indicating versatile project execution capability.
- Strong communicator with consultative approach and expertise in aligning SAP solutions to business requirements.
