About This Role
- Drive Information Security Risk management within defined risk tolerance, supporting global Risk and Control framework for 1LoD Business.
- Own governance, oversight, and execution of the Finding Management Procedure for critical internal CSO findings across the bank.
- Prepare and present risk reports, portfolio insights, and status updates for senior management and governance forums to ensure timely remediation of findings.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification/work experience in auditing or enterprise risk management related to Information Security Risk Management.
- 1-3 years of experience in Risk Management and/or relevant Information Security certifications (CISM/CISA).
- Experience in Non-Financial Risk topics in financial industry, specifically Risk Oversight, Findings/Issue Management, and Control Framework understanding.
- Proven skills in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, English fluency, and ability to leverage AI tools responsibly for productivity enhancement.

- Experience in global environment handling Risk and Control frameworks, with a focus on Information Security Risk Management.
- Demonstrated ability to perform independent reviews, proactive governance, and provide constructive challenges to stakeholders.
- Skilled in communication and reporting to senior management and governance groups, with strong project handling within the information security domain.
