About This Role
- Collaborate with country finance teams to provide insightful and relevant financial information to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage financial forecasting, planning, and analysis processes specifically for country Cost aspects, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
- Drive continuous process improvements, risk management, and compliance adherence in financial performance reporting and controls.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in financial services industry.
- Educational qualifications required: CA, CFA, ACCA, MBA, MCom, or BCom.
- Strong understanding of banking business and products.
- Previous exposure to financial planning and analysis preferred; advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required.

- Experienced in financial planning & analysis with exposure to banking sector cost management and performance metrics.
- Capable of managing end-to-end financial processes with focus on accuracy, risk mitigation, and process improvements.
