About This Role
- Manage end-to-end provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes with insurance companies within US healthcare revenue cycle.
- Maintain and update provider credentials and records accurately in internal systems and payer portals to prevent claim denials and payment delays.
- Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and internal teams to resolve payment issues caused by credentialing delays, ensuring providers remain active and eligible for billing.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, provider credentialing, and enrollment in US healthcare.
- Familiarity with provider credentialing processes and insurance payer requirements including NPI, CAQH, state licenses, DEA registration, malpractice insurance.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
- Work location: Remote (India) with night shift aligned to US Eastern Standard Time (EST).
