About This Role
- Support AI and enterprise technology projects by gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Assist in process mapping, user acceptance testing, and validation of AI-powered applications to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across India and Australia to support project delivery and contribute to AI product development.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Fresh graduate with strong academic record, preferably from IITs or reputed universities.
- Basic understanding of business analysis, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and fundamental AI concepts including ML, Generative AI, and LLMs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Candidates with academic projects or internships related to AI, software development, or business analysis.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar, and project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Comfortable working across time zones with international teams, particularly Australia, and eager to engage in digital transformation projects.
