About This Role
- Lead end-to-end design, development, testing, and implementation of automated, scalable analytics solutions within Internal Audit.
- Manage project timelines, delivery performance and provide advisory guidance on technology and operational improvements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior analysts and influence senior stakeholders through presentations and training to drive adoption of analytics solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years experience in audit or technology functions within financial services or regulated global institutions.
- Bachelor’s degree required; quantitative disciplines preferred. Master's degree preferred.
- Solid knowledge of SDLC, Agile frameworks, and business requirements documentation.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver complex technology-enabled solutions.
