About This Role
- Coordinate and improve supply chain processes focusing on inventory reconciliation and EDI variance resolution between HP and partner systems.
- Lead programs involving IT, finance, and operations teams to permanently fix recurring EDI issues and enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage daily work activities including troubleshooting, process improvement, training, and mentoring within the supply chain function.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of related work experience in supply chain, operations, or related fields.
- Education: High School Diploma/GED/Higher Secondary education or equivalent work experience.
- Familiarity with EDI architecture, SAP applications, and supply chain management tools.
- Must be able to work full-time in India with no relocation or travel required.

- Experienced in handling complex supply chain and inventory reconciliation challenges with strong data analysis capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead cross-divisional teams and collaborate with IT, finance, and operations to drive permanent process fixes.
